You want a sustainable future for your business and your community.
We want that too.
Join our Green Economy Hub Pilot
Sustainability is becoming a winning strategy for businesses and other organistations across Canada, and Green Economy Hubs are playing a vital role. Green Economy Canada, along with the Collingwood Climate Action Team as the lead charitable, local partner, are launching a Hub Pilot for Southern Georgian Bay (SGB). The Hub Pilot of two business cohorts will join Green Economy Canada's network, where they will receive guidance on measuring their carbon footprint, setting reduction targets, developing reduction strategies, and tracking their progress.
Collingwood Climate Action Team
Lead Charitable, Local Partner
The Collingwood Climate Action Team is proud to serve as the local supporting organisation for the Green Economy Hub Pilot. This pilot will help to evaluate the potential for establishing a Regional Hub to benefit a broader base of businesses and organisations across our region. CCAT will act as the local connection in SGB, engaging with local businesses interested in embarking on a journey toward sustainability.
We look forward to working with the community to foster a greener, more resilient economy.
Other Local Key Stakeholders who play a role are: The Institute of Southern Georgian Bay, Grey County, Town of the Blue Mountains, Town of Collingwood, Blue Mountain Resort, MacLean Engineering, RTO7, Georgian Bay Forever, Wasaga Beach Climate Action Team, Town of Blue Mountains Climate Action Now Network.
